摘要
将生命科学中的一个分支理论——PSI(人体生物节律)、EQ(情商)在普通高校体育教学中进行了应用与实验研究,结果发现,正确把握和运用生命科学的某些规律,能有效地提高体育教学效果和学生综合素质,能提高体育类大学生的运动成绩和防止运动损伤等。
The theory of PSI and EQ, which is a branch of life science, was applied in the experimental research in the common colleges and universities' P.E. teaching . The results show that proper mastery and application of certain regulations of life science can not only uplift the effect of P. E. teaching and the students comprehensive quality, but also help PE students make progress in sports scores and prevent them from sports injuries.
