摘要 目的探讨中西医结合治疗对脑型肝豆状核变性(HLD)患者记忆力的影响。方法30例脑型HLD患者给予中药肝豆汤配合二巯基丙磺酸钠治疗2个月后,分别用韦氏成人记忆量表(WAMS)测定,对其记忆力变化进行观察,并选30例正常人为健康对照组。结果经中西医结合治疗后患者记忆力(1→100、100→1、累积、图片、触觉、全量表分、记忆商数)较治疗前显著提高。结论铜离子在HLD患者脑内沉积可损害记忆;早期及时的治疗对脑型HLD患者记忆力的恢复是有帮助的。 Objective: To investigate the influence of Combined Therapy of TCM and WM on memory of patients with cerebral hepatiolenticular degeneration (HLD) . Methods: 30 patients were given Gandou Decoction (肝豆汤 ) and CMPS 2 months. Before and after treatment, score were evaluated, while the change of memory was observed, with Wechsler adult memory scale(WAMS), and the result was compared with that of 30 healthy persons, the control group, Results: After the treatment, the memory, including 1→100, 100→1, card recall, taction, the total scale score, the memory quotient (MQ)of the treatment group were markedly higher than before the treatment. Conclusion: Copper ion depositing in brain could damage memory of patients with HLD. It' s helpful to recover the memory of the patients after treating in time,
