摘要
目的探讨检测宫颈癌前哨淋巴结(SLN)和盆腔淋巴结中抗肿瘤免疫细胞功能的临床价值。方法采用流式细胞技术测定宫颈癌引流区淋巴结中γδT细胞和细胞毒性T细胞(CTL)水平。结果20例手术切除的SLN和盆腔淋巴结中,γδT细胞分别为14±11和9±10(P=0.103);CTL细胞分别为18±5和14±4(P=0.014)。前哨淋巴结中CTL细胞数量显著高于盆腔淋巴结,γδT细胞在前哨淋巴结和盆腔淋巴结中数量差异无统计学意义。结论宫颈癌引流淋巴结中CTL细胞为主要免疫杀伤细胞。
Objective To investigate the function of irnmunocytes in lymphous nodes of educed in patients with cervical carcinoma. Methods Mensurating of the counts of γδT cells and CTL in 20 lymphous nodes of educed in patients with cervical carcinoma by flow cytometric analysis. Results In SLN and pelvic lymph node from 20 cervical cancer, the counts of γδT cells was 14±11 vs 9±10,P=0.103;CTL was 18±5 vs 14±4,P=0.014. The counts of CTL in the SLN was more than that in pelvic lymph node. γδT cells was not of statistical significance. Conclusion To explain CTL was the primary tumor-kill cells in lymphous nodes of educed in patients with cervical carcinoma.
