摘要
讨论了时间信息传输的网络时延对时间用户网上校时精度的严重影响。提出了一种严格消除网络时延的技术方案,并指出这种新方法对网络授时和各种网上通信的重要意义。
It is discussed that the time delay is serious in the network,and it seriously influences the precision of the time calibration in the Internet.A new method is presented in this paper it can accurately measure the time delay of information package in the network.Point out that this method is important for time services and network communication.
