摘要
中国石油锦州石化公司煅烧装置回转炉下料管,在运转过程中水套与内管连接处发生了开裂和烧损。针对上述现象进行了具体的传热分析、水循环及结构受力分析,根据分析得出的结论设计出了新的结构及水循环模式,在生产实践中的应用表明,此结构能够有效地改善水套内的温度分布,降低垢层的生长速度和分布不均匀程度,从而延长了下料管的使用寿命。
The rotary hearth calciner in calcina- tions device of Jinzhou Petrochemical Incorpora- tion was cracked and burnt out at the joint be- tween water jacket and inner tube during its op- eration.Be dead against the above scenario,a new structure and mode of water-circulating was developed based on a conclusion got out by a certain analysis of its heat transfer,water-cir- culating and structure stress,which shows that such structure can efficiently improve the tem- perature distribution inside water jacket,slow down furring growth and reduce maldistribution that prolong the service life of feed roduction proven by production practice.
