摘要
从藓生马先蒿(PedicularismuscicolaMaxim.)全草首次分得13个糖甙类化合物.经光谱、化学方法及与标样对照鉴定为:玉叶金花甙,小米草甙,栀子酸,桃叶珊瑚甙,玉叶金花酸,甲基酯山栀子甙,钓钟柳甙,毛蕊花甙,角胡麻甙,顺角胡麻甙,马先蒿甙A。
From an ethanolic extract of the whole plant of pedicularis muscicola Maxim., thirteen glycosidic compounds were isolated. On the basis of spectral methods and in comparison with authentic samples, their structures were determined to be mussaenoside, euphroside, geniposidic acid, aucubin, mussaenosidic acid, shanzhiside methyl ester, penstemonoside, verbascoside, martynoside, cis martynoside, pedicularioside A, sitosterol 3 O β D glucopyranoside, and ethyl β D glucopyranoside, all of which were isolated from P. muscicola for the first time.
