摘要
由美国国家航空和航天局空间数据系统咨询委员会(CCSDS)研制,并通过国际标准化组织(ISO)于2001年推出的开放档案信息系统(OAIS)参考模型,已经受到国际数字信息管理与利用领域的广泛关注和理念应用。本文通过对OAIS参考模型的分析研究,为数字档案馆的建设框架寻找模式和依据。
The Open Archival Information System （OAIS）reference model was developed by NASA＇S Consultative Committee for Space Data Systems（CCSDS）and evolves into the International Standardization Organization（ISO）standards.This reference model was released in 2001.and it has been well-received and conceptual application by the fields of international digital information preservation and access.This article provides a pattern and standard for the framework of digital archives through the analysis and research of the OAIS reference model.
