摘要
对我院人参多糖注射液使用情况进行分析,为临床合理用药提供依据。逐项调查使用人参多糖注射液病人的诊断、给药途径、单次用量和给药频率,应用Microsoft Excel 2002进行分类、排序和计算,并应用Stata 7.0进行统计分析。人参多糖注射液的使用率为5.39%,途径规范率为3.97%,单次用量规范率为6.62%,给药频率规范率为0.66%。人参多糖注射液在使用频率、给药途径、适应症相关性等方面存在不合理现象,应严格按说明书的规定使用药品。
The investigation of the clinical application of ginseng polysacchride injection （GPS1） was carried out for providing the proof for rational drug use. The information which includes diagnosis, dosage of one time, route of administration and frequency of administration were statistically analyzed by using Excel 2002 software which can be applied to classify, sort and calculate. The usage rate of GPS1 was 5.39%. The rate of administration route, administration frequency and dosage of each time that were consistent with the standard of instruction was 3. 97%, 0. 66% and 6. 62% respectively. Unreasonable application lies in the aspects of administration route, administration frequency and indication relevance of GPS1. It should be rationally administrated according to the guides of drug instruction.
