摘要
系统研究了Ti-Ni形状记忆合金时效后DSC曲线的特征.结果表明,Ti-Ni合金的DSC曲线分6种类型.复杂DSC曲线可用不完全循环法分析.根据成分及时效工艺不同,Ti-Ni合金可发生7种可逆相变.给出了Ni含量-时效-相变图,用该图可预测给定合金在不同时效工艺下的相变类型,也可根据相交类型来设计合金,制订热处理工艺.
The charcteristics of DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry) curves in aged Ti-Ni shape memory alloys have been studied systematically. The results are as follows. DSC curves in Ti-Ni alloys can be classified into 6 kinds. Complicated DSC curves can be analyzed with incomplete cycle method. According to composition and aging process, 7 kinds of reversible phase transformation can take place in Ti-Ni alloys. Ni content-aging-transformation table was established. Using this table the type of transformation can be predicted when Ni content and aging process is known. On the other hand, when desired transformation type is given, alloy and aging process can also be designed with this table.
