摘要
通过对地方煤矿事故的分析,提出了管理体制不规范、产业政策不稳定和地方保护主义是导致事故多发的重要因素。
Through the analyse on coal mine disasters, the author pointed out that confused management, unstable industrial policys and local protectionism are the most important factors to lead frequent mine disesters.
