摘要
国际惯例不仅是商界人士关注的焦点,同时也是学者研究的热点。但是对国际惯例的概念、国际惯例与国际习惯的关系等问题学者之间在认识上仍然存在一定的分歧,本文试图对其做进一步的探讨。
International usage is not only a hot issue in business community, but also a well studied subject in research field. But divergences on the concept of international usage and the relationship between internatbnaJ usage and international custom still exist among scholars. This article discussed this matter further.
