摘要
采用金相显微镜、X-射线衍射、电子探针和透射电子显微镜相结合的方法,研究了热处理工艺对HasteloyC型铸造镍基合金的组织形态、成分结构及力学性能与切削加工性能的影响。结果表明,该合金在850~1150℃温度区间,有P相、μ相、σ相及M6C析出,经1250℃×1h水冷固溶处理后,具有良好的综合力学性能和满意的切削加工性能。
An investigate of the influence of heat treatment process on the morphology, composition, microstructure and mechanical properties and machinability of Hastelloy C type cast nickel base alloy is conducted by using an optical microscope, X ray diffraction spectrum, EMPA and TEM. The results show that, with the precipitation of P, μ,σ,M 6C in the alloy in the temperature range from 850℃ to 1150℃, the alloy possesses execellent mechanical properties and satisfactory machinability after solution heat treatment at 1250° C×1h W.C.
