阿托伐他汀的临床应用 被引量：11

摘要 阿托伐他汀是新型高效的他汀类药物,显著降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇,降低载脂蛋白B-100和甘油三酯,并能升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇。在高胆固醇血症及家族性高胆固醇血症患优于其他他汀类药物。同时阿托伐他汀有改善内皮、减轻或清除炎症反应及抑制动脉粥样硬化进展的作用,减少冠心病、糖尿病、高血压的心血管事件,改善预后。
