摘要
本文主要讨论七号信令系统消息传递部分(MTP)第三层中的倒换过程.首先介绍信令业务管理(STM)中倒换控制(TCOC)的状态转移图,然后讨论多倒换并发执行的冲突问题及其解决办法,最后指出该问题对于STM其他过程的普遍意义.
This paper mainly discuss the changeover procedure in Signaling System No. 7 based on the protocol of CCITT. Firstly it is illustrated that three clues can be taken out from the State Transition Gragh of the Changeover Control (TCOC)in Signaling Traffic Management (STM).Then a given example is used to analyze the collision of multi-changeover and it's avoidance. At last, we point out that this is also useful for other procedures in STM.
