摘要
通信作为社会的基础设施和国民经济的先行产业,是社会生产力的重要组成部分,与国计民生密切相关。随着我国科学技术的进步和电信事业的发展,以及信息化时代人们生活方式的改变,沿用了几十年的电信资费结构和标准不仅尽合理,而且在一定程度上制约了业务的使用,导致发展不平衡、管理困难等种种弊病。 近期国家计委和邮电部作出决定,对电信资费结构和标准进行适当调整。本文介绍了我国电话资费的现状和调整依据,提供了市内电话、长途电话和国际电话资费调整前后的对照表。
As the social infrastructure and the vanguard national economic industry, Communications is the important consti-tuting part of the social productive forces and is closely corre-lated to the people's lives in the country.With the technical progress and telecommunications industrial development in China as well as the change in the life style in the information age, the decades-long telecommunications tariff structure and standard are no longer applicable and restrain the service usage, resulting in unbalanced development, complicated management and many other disadvantages.
Recently, SPC and MPT made a decision to make appropri-ate adjustment to the telephone tariff structure and standard. In this paper, the current state of the telephone tariff and the adjustment basis are described and a checklist of the pre- and post-adjusted local, long-distance and international telephone tarrifs is provided.
