摘要
文章认为人力资源是一个现代企业形成核心竞争力最重要的元素,因此,企业要站在企业战略的高度,建立完整、科学、合理的企业人力资源管理体系。
The manpower is the most important element of the competitive power out of which a core of one modem enterprise is formed, so the enterprise should stand in the height of the enterprise＇s strategy to establish an integrated, scientific and rational management system of the manpower.
