摘要
园林绿化是改善城市人居环境、提高市民生活质量,实现城市可持续发展十分重要的内容,也是建设节约型社会的重要组成部分,其自身理应成为节约型建设的典范。从构建节约型社会,促进城市园林绿化可持续发展的角度出发,就城市园林绿化的定位、规划设计的理念、城市园林绿化管理体制、机制以及城市园林绿化中的技术管理措施上存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了树立正确的生态美学观,将建设节约型社会的理念贯穿于城市绿地建设管理全过程以解决这些问题。
Landscape greening is very important in improving urban living environments and quality and realizing the sustainable urban development. It is also important part of the conservation-oriented society building contents and should become an example of resources saving. From the perspedive of establishing the conservation-oriented society and promoting the sustainable development of urban landscape greening, the problems in the positioning of urban landscape greening, the planning and design concept, the management system and mechanism, and management techniques of urban landscape greening are analyzed. It is proposed to solve the problems by setting up the corred ecological aesthetics and putting the concept of conservation-oriented society in the whole process of urban landscape green space construction and management.
