摘要
浸锑石墨是能够应用于高温及重载条件下的耐磨自润滑材料,是将熔融锑浸入石墨坯料中制得。对国内外浸锑石墨复合材料微观结构,宏观性能方面的研究情况作出概述。提出提高国内产品成品率的关键是改善浸锑加工工艺,解决浸渍过程中的浸透性问题和气孔均匀性问题。
The graphite/antimony composites are applied in the circumstance of high temperature and heavy pressure. They have been produced hy means of infiltrating liquid antimony to preforms. Some aspects are analysed, including the mierostruetttre , macroscopical properties and friction-wear behaviour between the home - made specimen and the overseas specimen. Indicates that the key to improve the percentage of the finished products is to improve the infiltration process of graphite/antimony composites and deal with the problems of bad wettability and pore distribution.
