摘要
在分析涡旋压缩机工作原理和特点的基础上,基于UG软件平台,对涡盘进行了三维实体建模、工艺方案制定、刀位轨迹规划和仿真。通过网络将数控代码传输到三轴数控加工机床,完成了涡盘的数控加工。仿真和加工结果验证了工艺方案的合理性,对提高涡旋压缩机的加工精度和自动化程度有一定的应用意义。
Based on analyzing working principle and characteristic of turbo wheel, 3D solid model, process planning, tool path generation and simulation in advanced software UG are discussed. The results of simulation and experimental part show the rationality of planned technology. The program is sent to 3 - axis NC machine through network. According to it, the turbo wheel is manufactured. The proposed method possesses some limited practical meaning in improving machined precision and raising industrial automation.
