摘要
目的评价无环鸟苷滴眼液联合碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(重组bFGF)滴眼液治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的疗效。方法回顾性分析单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎96例(96只眼),以抗病毒药物方法治疗为对照组,共46例;抗病毒药物联合碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液为治疗组,共50例。比较两组疗效。结果两组痊愈率比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论无环鸟苷滴眼液联合碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液组疗效优于对照组。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of basic fibroblast growth factor （bFGF） on herpes simplex keratitis. Methods 96 cases with HSK were divided into 2 groups. 46 subjects were treated with Aciclovir. 50 subjects were taken compound therapy with basic fibroblast growth factor （bFGF） eyedrops as trial group. Therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared. Results Total effective rate between two groups has significant difference in statistics. Conclusion Compound therapy with basic fibroblast growth factor （ bFGF ） has good curative effects better than the control group.
