摘要
本文主要探讨了电镀铜锡锌三元合金的槽液控制方法，以及镀层的三防性能、镀层导电性、镀层可焊性、镀层附着力、镀层退镀方法。
This paper mainly discusses the control of electric plating liquid tank containing three kind of metals. The method of electric plating layer conductivity, soldering performance, layer adhesion, tri-proof performances and de - electric plating are also given.
