摘要
以二乙胺和丙烯酸甲酯为原料,采用发散法合成了外围为4个和8个氨基的两代聚酰胺胺型树枝状化合物(dendri-PAMAM(NH2)4和dendri-PAMAM(NH2)8),并对其结构进行了表征。将这种树枝状化合物作为一种游离甲醛捕获剂应用于皮革和生产工序中,试验结果表明:当该甲醛捕获剂加入量为2%时,可将革样中的游离甲醛含量减少50%以上,而且在后续染色加油处理中,可改善坯革对染料和加脂剂的吸收性能。
Dendri -PAMAM (Generations 1, 2) were synthesized with 1,2 -diaminethane and methylacrylate via divergent procedure and their structures were characterized. The dendri - PAMAM was used as free - formaldehyde capture agent in neutralizing process of leather manufacture. The results show that they have well capacity for capturing free - formaldehyde in leather and can improve the absorption rate of dye and fatliquoring agent when their dosage is 2%.
