高血压病病人静息心率与早期肾脏损害关系的临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨高血压病病人的静息心率(RHR)与肾脏损害的关系。方法入选高血压病病人146例,按收缩压(SBP)水平分为3组:SBP<160mmHg组、160mmHg≤SBP<180mmHg组、SBP≥180mmHg组。在以上每一组中,又按静息心率水平分为4亚组,RHR1组HR<60/min,RHR2组60/min≤HR<70/min,RHR3组70/min≤HR<80/min,RHR4组HR≥80/min。分别比较各组间所测量的血β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)、尿α1微球蛋白(α1-MG)、白蛋白(Alb)、尿β2-MG。结果RHR4组的肾小球滤过功能指标血β2-MG、尿α1-MG、尿Alb明显高于HRH<80/min各组,而肾小管重吸收功能指标尿β2-MG、尿α1-MG也明显高于心率<80/min各组;心率70/min≤HR<80/min组的肾损害指标也高于心率<70min组。结论高血压病病人静息心率增加,可能会导致肾损害指标增高。
