摘要 【目的】通过选择性高张力肌群的神经肌支部分切断,达到矫正脑瘫性马蹄内翻足畸形并改善其功能。【方法】在周围神经应用解剖研究的基础上,以临床症状为依据确定高张力肌群,在神经刺激仪监测下确定阈值较低的神经束支,按肌张力肌增高程度确定切断神经束的比例。【结果】本组获随访的26例,功能改善有效率为100%。所有患者术后肌张力均有下降1~2级。【结论】此法可改善脑瘫性马蹄内翻足的功能。 [Objective] To rectify the demormity caude by equinovarus of cerebral paralysis and improve the function by selective partial neurotomy of the high tension muscle group. [Methods] On the basis of clinical symptoms, the high tension muscle group was determined. The nerve bundles with lower threshold were determined under the monitor of nerve stimulating apparatus. The nerve bundles were partially cut according to the degree of muscle tension. [Results] A total of 26 cases were followed and the effective rate of functional improverment was 100%. The tension of muscles was droped 1 - 2 level. [Conclusion] This technique type has the accuracy strongly, wound small, the curative effect accurate, the illness complication are few and so on the merit.
