人才流动的日益频繁是我国市场机制进一步深化改革的必然趋势。为了实现人才市场发展对经济社会发展的适应和促进,我国的人才市场建设必须从“场所”走向“关系”,即由以提供平台为主的现场招聘会转向以促进企业和人才信息沟通的关系网络建设。
