某救助站为身份不明死亡流浪人员“维权”的事件曾经一度引起各种媒体的广泛关注。救助站为身份不明死亡流浪人员“维权”是一个法律上的假命题,这一事件凸显出诸多反法治的因素值得警惕和深思。
Not long ago, all media cared a lot about the incident of a first-aid station for vagrants ＂advocating rights＂ for an unidentified dead vagrant, In this article, the author thinks that the action of advocating rights for a dead vagrant is a false propositon in law, and the public should be alert to the fac- tors aginst the principle of rule by law embodied in whole process of this incident.
