摘要
催化量的碳酸铯(0.2equiv.)、氢氧化钾(2.0equiv.)及端炔(1.0equiv.)在无水THF-HMPA中,室温搅拌3h,然后加入碘的THF溶液,室温搅拌2h,生成炔基碘.产率为70%~93%.
A mixture of cesium carbonate (0.2 equiv.), potassium hydroxide (2.0 equiv.) and terminal alkynes (1.0 equiv.) in THF-HMPA was stirred at room temperature for 3 h, then the solution of iodine in THF was added and stirred at room temperature for 2 h. The 1-iodoalkynes were obtained in 70%-93% yields.
