摘要
本文对福寿螺消化酶进行了分析研究,结果表明:不同来源的消化酶活性不同,消化道中含有的纤维素酶和果胶酶活性较高,而肝脏中含的淀粉酶活性较高。利用自制的福寿螺酶酶解一些植物叶片可得到大量植物单细胞和原生质体。
This paper studied the characters of digestive enzymes from Pomacea canaliculata .The results showed that the different activity of enzymes from different tissues.It can be obtained a great deal of single cells or protoplasts using self-productive enzyme from Pomacea canalieulata.
