摘要
为改善公路安全性能,降低车辆冲出路外的路侧事故,提高路侧安全设计水平,阐述了公路路侧设计理念,结合实施交通部公路安全保障工程的实际经验,总结提出了改善我国公路路侧安全的系统化对策:1)防止车辆驶离行车道冲出路外;2)降低冲出路外车辆发生碰撞和侧翻事故的可能性;3)减轻冲出路外车辆发生碰撞事故后的严重性。借助部分案例进行了简要的剖析,以期能够为广大公路工程技术人员,尤其是公路安全工程师提供参考。
In order to improve the performance of high- way safety,decrease the run-off-road accidents and improve the design of highway roadside safety,the author introduced some new concepts and principles of roadside safety design and put forward systematic coutermeasures to improve the roadside safety.The system- atic countermeasures include three major aspects.. 1）keep the vehicle on roadway;2）minimize the probability of overturn and collision with dangerous objects when vehicles run off road,3）decrease the severity of run-off- road accidents as possible .The author also provided some application cases and made a brief discussion.
