摘要 讨论了用于开关电源辐射建模的基本偶极子天线模型,给出了各模型电磁场的解析解。以BOOST变换器为原型,提出了开关电源辐射发射的双环拓扑结构的模型,分析计算了其电磁辐射场,给出了近场的解析解,并在频域内对模型典型频点的稳态场进行了仿真。该模型以及仿真方法,对开关电源的电磁兼容分析以及开关电源高密度互联具有重要的参考价值。 Several dipole antenna models were proposed to modeling the near electromagnetic field of high-frequency switched mode power supplies (SMPS). Taking a BOOST converter for an example, a dual-loop model was proposed to characterize the near field of SMPS. Analytic representations of the near electromagnetic field were given. Theoretical analysis and stabilized simulation results have pointed out that more attentions should be paid to the near-field emission of the SMPS especially when the system needs solid assembly.
