摘要
城市滨水地区不仅具有城市开放空间的功能,它更应该是居民工作和生活延续的场所。本规划试图以新运河的建设为依托,有意识地将文化娱乐、游憩购物、商业办公、生活居住和产业开发等公共空间功能复合在一起,尊重城市已有形态与肌理,新旧之间以协调补充的姿态展开对话,构筑高度互动的城市格局和丰富的都市体验,实现一个整体、有机、舒适、便捷、高效的现代复合型可持续发展的滨水生态新城。
The urban waterfront has the function of urban open space, on lhe construction of the new canal, this plan attempts to consc cultural entertaJnment, rest, shopping, business office, living residence and is a place for the residents to work and live. Based ously combines the public space functions including the and industry development. It takes the existing forms and textures of the cily into account, makes the dialogues belween the new and the old for coordination and supplement as well as builds the interaclive urban paltern and brings rich metropolitan experience. The plan realizes a modern and ecological new waterfront city with sustainable development, which is integrated, organic, comfortable, easy and effective.
