摘要
传统抽油机优化设计方法以井口产量提高为目标,不适应高含水油井生产要求,为此,通过对抽油机井系统参数进行敏感性分析,找出影响系统效率的最关键参数并加以调整,达到提高油井系统效率的目的。主要方法是把一口抽油机井从地面到地下归纳为13个方面的影响因素,并进行敏感性分析,采用系统工程学和技术经济学的原理,建立了15个参数的敏感性分析模型,编制了网络版的以“产量、效率、寿命”三者协调统一为目标的系统优化设计软件,经中石油大庆、华北等12个油田约5000井次的应用,措施井平均单井系统效率提高6个百分点,技术节能和增油效益显著。
The conventional optimum design method of pumping units, which aims to increase wellhead yield, does not meet the production requirement of high water cut oil wells. Therefore, this paper analyzes the sensitivity of the system efficiency of pumping wells, finds out the most import parameter that affects the system efficiency and improves. As a result, the system efficiency of pumping wells is improved. The main methods employed in this paper include that: the summing up and sensitivity analysis of the 13 factors that affect one pumping well from the perspectives of analyzing ground surface and underground conditions, the utilization of the principles of system engineering and technical economics, the establishment of a sensitivity analysis model consisting of 15 parameters, and the building of internet-based system optimization design software aiming at the coordination and unification between output, efficiency, and lifespan. The new methods have been applied in about 5000 wells of 12 oilfields, such as PetroChina Daqing and Huabei Oilfields. The application results show that the system efficiency of improved individual wells increases by 6% on average, as well as the remarkable results are obtained in technical energy saving and oil production increment.
