摘要
以磷石膏为原料制取α-半水硫酸钙。研究了3种体系对产物α-半水硫酸钙的影响及适宜的工艺参数。结果表明,在2%的盐酸体系中能获得杂质含量较少、色度较好的α-半水硫酸钙,适宜工艺参数:水热温度160℃,水热时间60 min,固液比1∶3。
The α- half water calcium sulphate is produced by using phosphogypsum as raw material and the effect on the α - half water calcium sulphate and the proper technological parameters are studied too through three kinds of systems. The result of these experiments shows that the α - half water calcium sulphate with fewer impurity and better chroma can be got in solution of 2% HCI and the proper technological parameters should be: temperature 160℃, time 60 and solid- liquid ratio 1:3.
