鼻咽癌单克隆细胞体内演进中转移及TGFα、EGFR、PDGFR的表达 被引量:1

摘要 将鼻咽癌单克隆细胞株CNE-2Z-H5移植于裸鼠,待裸鼠发生转移后,取其淋巴结和肺转移灶癌细胞再次移植裸鼠,如此重复2~4个循环后,观察每代裸鼠的转移特性及鼻咽癌细胞转化生长因子α(TGFα)、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、血小板源性生长因子受体(PDGFR)的表达。结果表明:随着鼻咽癌单克隆细胞的演进,每代裸鼠的转移率增高,转移途径更为单一;肿瘤细胞生长因子及受体的表达亦增强。提示:鼻咽癌细胞演进中转移能力和增殖能力关系密切,且可能和癌细胞某些生长因子及受体的表达增强有关。 Subclone nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE-2Z-H5 were inoculated into nude mice. The lymph node and lung metastatic foci resulted were retransplanted into nude mice. After repetition of this procedure for 2-4 cycles,the metastatic phenotype and the expressions of transforming growth factor-α(TGFα), epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and platelet-derived growth factor receptor (PDGFR) were observed in every passage of transplanted tumors. The results suggested that the metastatic rates were the higher and the expression of TGFα,EGFR,PDGFR were the stronger with each passage of transplantation.
