摘要
研究证实,经10μmol/L,bcl-2特异的反义脱氧寡核苷酸处理3天后,T淋巴细胞白血病细胞株CEM的内源性bcl-2蛋白水平下降近50%,细胞存活率明显减少,对足叶乙甙的凋亡诱导效应亦更为敏感。表明,内源性bcl-2蛋白含量对促凋亡性化疗药物触发的白血病细胞死亡过程具有重要的影响。
After treated with antisense oligodeoxynucleotide specific for bc1-2 genne for 3 days,the intrinsic bc1-2 protein of T-lymphocytic leukemia cell line CEM reduced approximately by 50%,which caused target cells to decrease in survival and to be more sensitive to etoposide-induced apoptosis. The data presented here indicates that cellular intrinsic bc1-2 protein may play an important role in the leukemic cells death triggered by apoptosis induced chemotherapeutic agents.
