摘要
探讨了植酸、细胞分裂素、纳米保鲜膜、普通保鲜膜对青菜短期保鲜的效果。对贮藏青菜失重率、黄化指数、叶绿素含量、亚硝酸盐含量、外观品质等指标的分析表明,植酸、细胞分裂素、纳米保鲜膜均有较好的保鲜效果。20mg/LBA配合纳米保鲜膜包装处理能提高小青菜食用安全性,使小青菜贮藏期延长5天。
The experiments of storing greengrocery with the different packaged filmes and fresh-keeping agents are carried out. The index of etiolation and the content of water, chlorophyll and nitrite of storing greengrocery are analyzed. The results showed that nano package film, plastic package film, phytic acid and cytokinins are suit for storing greengrocery. The store life of greengrocery firstly treated with 20 mg/L BA and then packed with nano package film could be prolonged to 5 days,
