摘要
目的对多层螺旋CT图像伪影的成因及其影响因素进行分析。方法收集CT图像伪影的病例,并把它们分别整理归类;采用螺旋扫描方式,对CT质控模体进行扫描,分别改变层厚、螺距、重建间隔和模体位置,对阶梯状伪影进行分析。结果阶梯状伪影的大小与重建间隔和模体位置有关,不仅随层厚的增加而增大,也随螺距的增大而增大。结论CT伪影种类繁多,选择正确的扫描方法和参数,对于避免伪影的产生十分重要。
Objective : To study the factors influencing multi - slice CT image artifacts. Methods :The CT imaging artifacts were collected and sorted out. The CT quality control phantom was employed to analyze the stair step artifact. Helical scan was done with different slice thickness, pitch, increment and phantom position. Results:The size of stair - step artifact is concerned with reconstruction increment and phantom position. It gets bigger when not only the thickness but the pitch becomes larger. Conclusion: There are some artefacts and it is important to choose the correct scan mode and parameters in order to avoid producing the artifacts.
