摘要
用蛋白胨、兔血清和可溶性淀粉分别替换传统培养基中的牛肉汤、小牛血清和米粉后,将凹甲陆龟新鲜病料接种于营养琼脂双相培养基中,进行了阿米巴原虫的多种生物并存培养,培养结果表明阿米巴虫体生长良好,虫体数急剧上升,连续传代效果亦很好。同时,对分离培养出的阿米巴滋养体和包囊的形态特征作了详细的观察和描述,根据其形态特征初步鉴定为溶组织内阿米巴。
Entamoeba histolytica strain isolated from manouria impressa was cultured in primary double nutrientional agar medium in which beeftea, calf serum and rice flour were replaced by peptone, rabbit serum and soluble amylum. The result showed that the Ameoba grew actively in the medium with a sharp increase in numbers and sustained continous passages. Based on morphology of trophozoite and cyst, the Ameoba isolate was identified as entamoeba histolytica.
