摘要
提出一种采用顶空气相色谱法鉴别营养胶丸中DHA，EPA酯类型的新方法．对实际样品的检测表明，该方法简便、快捷.
The present paper covers a new method for identification of DHA-, EPA-esters in nutrientcapsules by headspace gas chromatography. The method can be applied to distinguish DHA-M, EPAM or DHA-E, EPA-E in nutrient capsules.It is very simple and rapid. The results were satisfactory.
