摘要 采用SEM和TEM对河蚌壳的珍珠层和棱柱层进行了研究,结果表明:珍珠层呈砖墙结构,珍珠层的文石小板片呈不规则多边形,是由纳米级矿物岛组成的多晶体;文石小板片之间观察到了矿物桥的存在,呈随机分布;在珍珠层与棱柱层之间存在一个过渡区。采用XRD对河蚌壳的珍珠层和棱柱层的结晶取向进行分析,结果表明珍珠层除了在(002)晶面上具有非常明显的择优取向外,同时在(014)、(012)等晶面上也存在一定的择优取向性。通过DTA和TG实验对河蚌壳的相变行为进行了研究,发现蚌壳中文石相在有机质的影响下,其相转变温度(360-380℃)与天然文石(450-500℃)相比要低。 The microstructure of mussel shell was analyzed with SEM and TEM. The results show that the nacre in mussel shell is brick-wall type and the shape of the aragonite tablet is irregularly polygon. The aragonite tablet is a pelycrystalline composed of nanomineral. The mineral bridge was observed in the organic matrix layers of nacre randomly, there is a transition zone between nacre and prismatic layers. According to XRD analysis, it shows that there is preferential orientation of nacre on (002) plane besides (014) plane and (012) plane. The transformation phase was studied with DTA and TG. The result shows that the transformation temperature of aragonite (360 - 380℃ ) in the shell is lower than that of the natural aragonite (450 - 500℃ ), due to the influence of organic matrix.
