摘要
本文研究二维三电子系统的能谱随禁闭势变化的特征,发现禁闭势很强时,能谱成为独立粒子运动谱。当禁闭势较弱时,电子之间的强关联导致了魔角动量的出现,而系统的结构主要由内禀节面决定。
In this paper is reported our investigation in the confinement-potential-depen- dent behaviors of the energy spectra of a two-dimensional three-electon system. It was found that in cases of strong confinement potential the energy spectrum remained one of independent particles , whereas in cases of weak confinement potential there appeared magic angular momenta ,the structure of the system being determined chiefly by inherent nodal surfaces.
