摘要
本文分析讨论３０例唇裂与腭裂同期修复术．鉴于目前临床操作及麻醉技术都已达到较高水平，可在最大程度上提高手术成功率，减少术后并发症，并对患儿术后外貌及语言改善，减轻患家经济负担也起重要作用，因此，在严格适应症的基础上，唇裂与腭裂同期修复乃是可以提高生活质量和社会效益。
Thirty cases of cleft lip and palate were repaired simutaneously. Now, the development of clinical and anaesthetic techniques makes the operation more successful and fewer complications. This kind of operation can greatly improve patients′ appearance and speech function and lessen patients′ economic load. Therefore,simutaneous repair of cleft lip and palate is an operation that can improve life quality and deserve to be widely adopted.
