摘要
给出了高速集成电路系统在考虑互连线效应时的一种电路分析方法.将超越函数形式的互连传输线段的ABCD参量以幂级数形式展开,再表达成为有理函数形式的Y参数,在二阶截断后可转换为时域的2个指数函数,然后运用递归卷积方法使数值计算简化,从而明显提高电路模拟过程的计算效率。
A circuit analysis method for VHSIC system considering interconnection effects is presented in this paper.The ABCD parameters with the type of transcendental function are expanded as the power series,and expressed in Y parameters by rational functions,which can be transformed to two exponential functions in time domain from the approximate two pole analysis.Using the recursive convolution algorithm,the computing efficiency of the circuit simulation is improved obviously.
