摘要
通过对36个参试材料2003~2004年新植及宿根的试验研究,提出以下建议供甘蔗杂交育种中选用亲本时参考:①桂辐97-18、桂糖90-95、粤糖86-368、新台糖21、粤辐90-15、桂糖96-167、桂糖89-5、新台糖22为高产类型亲本材料,其中粤辐90-15、新台糖22、桂糖90-95、新台糖21、桂糖89-5的平均蔗茎糖分较高、综合性状较好,是杂交利用的重点;粤糖86-368是综合性状较好的晚熟高产类型亲本;桂糖96-167、桂辐97-18是晚熟低糖高产类型亲本。②农林8号、粤糖93-159、新台糖20、桂糖96-44、桂糖93-102、桂糖92-263、新台糖23、新台糖22、桂糖94-119、桂糖94-116、粤糖89-240平均蔗糖分高(比对照桂糖11号高0.5%以上),具有作为高糖亲本的潜力。
A 2-year field trial involving 34 new parent materials was conducted to analyze their main characteristics and their potential utilization in breeding program. According to the results, the following opinions was proposed for reference in parent selection of hybridization, (1) GX97-18, GX90-95, GD86-368, ROC21, GD90-15, GX96-167, GX89-5 and ROC22 showed higher cane yield than that of the control variety GX11 (abr., CK) and could be used as high-yielding parents. For the GD90-15, ROC22, GX90-95, ROC21, GX89-5, each one showed a high sugar content and the other prominent characteristics, they should get a priority in parent selection of hybridization. GD86-368 shows good characteristics on the whole but with late maturity. Both GT96- 167 and GX97-18 are high-yielding in cane but with low sugar content and late maturity. (2) NonglinS, GD93- 159, ROC20, GX96-44, GX93-102, GX92-263, ROC23, ROC22, GX94-119, GX94-116, GD89-240, each has shown a higher sugar content by 0.5% in comparison with the control variety, and have a good potential as parents of high sugar content in hybridization.
