摘要
《管子》一书内容丰富,其中包含着较为完善和系统的人员选拔、配置、培训、考核、薪酬和激励等人力资源管理思想。研究《管子》中的这些思想,发掘其中的现代人力资源管理理念,对现代企业人力资源管理有积极的指导、借鉴意义。
The book of guanzi covers comparatively whole and systemic ideology of human resource management, which includes personnel selection and allocation, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation and motivation, etc. Although these thoughts are so long time, it is meaningful to research them and use for reference in present human resource management.
