摘要 为解决配电线路上并联电容器优化配置问题,指导配电网无功补偿设备安装的工程实践,研究了确定并联电容器位置与容量的两层优化数学模型。内层为补偿位置确定后的容量优化问题,按极值的必要条件,被处理成为线性方程组的求解问题。外层为补偿位置的组合优化问题,通过全枚举组合的方式优化确定并联电容器的安装位置。提出并研究了一种以Visio2003图形软件为平台,利用VBA进行二次开发的图形化配电线路无功补偿优化配置计算软件开发的新技术和新的实现方法。软件的实际应用表明所建数学模型和算法的正确性,以及图形化软件的实用性。 In order to optimize the placement and capacity of shunt capacitor on feeder, and give the guidance to engineering practice of installation of reactive power device in distribution network, this paper studces the tow-layer optimization model used to determine the position and the capacity of reactive power compensation device on distribution feeder is studied in this paper. The inner layer problem is a capacity optimization problem while the placement of compensation device is determined. According to the necessary condition of extremum, it can be described as a group of linear equations solution. The outer layer problem is a combinatorial optimization problem. By comparing each of the combination in the completed enumeration set of allowed compensation site, the optimization compensation placement is finally determined. A new development technique or method of graphical distribution feeder reactive power compensation optimization software is presented in this paper. It uses Microsoft Visit2003 as development platform and VBA as secondary development tool. The proposed method and algorithm are proved to be correct, and the software practical when they are employed in engineering application.
