摘要
对PE1(食英大菜豌1号)、PE1XPuget(PEF1)、Puget及4个四川地方品种花粉母细胞(PMCs)减数分裂行为进行了观察。结果表明,PE1、PEF1从中期Ⅰ到中期Ⅱ均出现落后染色体(片断),频率为5%。后期Ⅰ、Ⅱ均出现染色体桥,频率为10%;且从后期Ⅰ始PMC出现大量微核,频率达80%。此外,还发现了CMC多极分离现象,胞质分裂同时型及核穿壁现象。在Puget及4个地方品种中只观察到很核现象。
A bred variety of pea had big separations in each generation. The results of cytogenetic study indicated that lagging chromosomes or chromosome fragments, chromosome bridges, micronuclei and multipolar migration were observed in meiosis. The abnormal phenomena might be the reason of its genetic instability.
