摘要
应用86Rb研究不同施钾量的烤烟中钾的分布规律,研究结果表明:施入钾量多,烤烟的叶、茎、根、芽中吸收的钾量多;生长前期(团棵期)烤烟各器官中含钾的百分率顺序为芽>叶>茎>根;生长后期(生长旺期)烤烟各器官含钾总量顺序为叶>茎>根._在一定施钾范围内,施入钾量多,烤烟吸收肥料和土壤中钾量多,但施钾量多,烤烟对钾肥利用率降低._烤烟生长前期钾素主要来自肥料中的钾,占烤烟植株吸收总量的68.3%;烤烟生长后期吸收钾素主要来自土壤,占烟株吸收钾总量的65.7%.
A trial of potassium distribution characteristics in flue-cured tobacco plant by 86 Rb was carried out. Results indicated that the more potassium was applied, the higher potassium content was in the leaf, stem, bud and root; the order of potassium content in different part of plant was bud>leaf>stem>root in early growing stage and leaf>stem>root in later growing stage, respectively. Within some amount of applying potassium, the more potassium was applied, the more potassium was absorbed by tobacco from soil and fertilizer, however, the ratio of potassium ultilization by tobacco fell down; in early growing stage, the potassium absorbed by tobacco mainly was from fertilizer applied, which accounted for 68.3% of total potassium absorbed at this stage, but it was mainly from soil in later growing stage, which accounted for 65.7% of total potassium absorbed at same stage.
