摘要
目的:基于HIS系统,构建以临床医师个案信息为粒度的主题数据集,满足医院管理者对临床医师工作质量、效率、效益等方面客观量化管理与评价应用需求。方法:通过对临床医师业务活动数据进行系统分析、现场调研和专家咨询,将临床医师在事务处理过程中产生的分散、过程化、实时的业务信息进行梳理、归纳、重组,构建主题数据集的框架和事实表,定义基本数据项,建立数据结构、与HIS系统后台数据关联和质量核查规则,实现动态数据的静态转储。结果:建立了基于ODS的包括临床医师基本信息、诊断信息、治疗信息、费用信息、手术信息、药品信息、检查检验等内容且能实时更新、长期在线的临床医师主题数据集,设计了包括监测、查询、报表、分析等内容的主题数据集综合应用方案。结论:基于HIS构建的ODS主题数据集,促进了海量事务数据在医院管理和决策过程中的方便、快捷、高效应用,提高了管理决策的科学化。
Objective： To design a HIS based, management-orientated, clinician＇ s subject information set to manage and evaluate clinician＇ s quantity, efficiencies and benefit, Methods： build up the frame and base table of clinician＇ s subject information set by carding, summing up, recombining the disperse, process and real-time working information on transaction processing after clinician＇ s working analyzing, field working and expert discussing, export of management analyzing, followed by defining basic data items, confirming the data construction, quality check standard and interface with the item in HIS, static transferring from action state, Results： A long online and real time refreshed clinician＇ s information data set in ODS database included information of clinician, diagnose, treatment, cost, operation, medicine and inspection was designed. Conclusions： The integrated data set based on HIS in the interim ODS database in hospital could efficiently used in scientific management and decision.
