摘要
目的:观察中西医内外合治法治疗小儿呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、腺病毒(ADV)、流感病毒(IV)性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将采用随机、对照的方法,116例小儿病毒性肺炎(肺炎喘嗽风热闭肺证)患儿,分为治疗组和对照组各58例,治疗组采用西医基础治疗加口服小儿清肺饮、止咳散及胸部外敷宁肺散;对照组采用西医基础治疗加口服小儿清肺饮、止咳散及胸部外敷安慰剂。观察两组疾病总疗效、中医证候、肺部体征情况及住院时间。结果:治疗组疗效和中医证候的愈显率分别为96.55%、98.28%,对照组分别为84.48%、86.21%;治疗组住院时间明显短于对照组。结论:内外合治法可提高小儿病毒性肺炎(肺炎喘嗽风热闭肺证)临床治疗效果。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of combined internal-external therapy of TCM on children pneumonia infected by syncytial virus(RSV),adenovirus(ADV) and influenza virus(IV).Method: From June,2005 to September,2006,116 cases of viral pneumonia children documented as inpatient were divided into treated group and control group according to the principle of random,control and double-blind.58 children of treated group were treated with western medicine,oral administration of Xiaoerqingfei Syrup and Antitussive Powder plus external application of Ningfei Powder on the thoracic region,while another 58 children of control group were treated same as the treated group except applying a placebo instead of the Ningfei Powder.Then,the clinical treating efficacy on the disease,their improvement of TCM syndrome and length of stay in hospital between the two groups were observed.Results: The evident cure rates of symptom and the syndrome of TCM were 96.55 and 98.28 % in the treated group,and 84.48% and 86.21% in the control group.The duration at hospital of the treated group were significantly shorter than that of the control group.Conclusion: The combined internal-external TCM treatment could significantly enhance the clinical efficacy of viral pneumonia children.
